migraines ...Help...
OK so I get really bad migraines normally but I take Excedrin migraine for them and I clearly cant take that now... Ive had a on going one now for 4 days, Last night it got so bad I finally took 2 reg strength Tylenol but it did NOTHING for the pain.. I woke up today with it still there. I need something to help with the pain.. .Anyone have any home remedies for migraines????
Ill try anything at this point...

I don't know if my headaches are actual migraines, or tension headaches...(they start at the back of my neck and shoot up and it's painful!!). But I've found that a small cup of caffeinated coffee & 2 Tylenol and a nap in a dark room have helped this pregnancy.

I get migraines too and they are horrible, I usually do the excedrin as well.
What kind of works for me while pregnant is caffeine, tylenol, ice pack on forehead and heating pad on neck/shoulders. Also, if DH rubs my shoulders it makes a huge difference but my migraines stem from tension in my neck and upper back.
