HCG tonight, Retrieval set for Wed am!!!

This went so fast. Just started last Monday!!
Looks like 3 large follicles. A few baby ones- I'm praying some grow between now and Wed for a 4th one.

And..... ( drum roll.....)

Trivax is doing my retrieval!! Yee ha!! Chat Icon

So my transfer is either 3 day or 5 day. I'm thinking 3 day because of last time and since I have a limit to work with. Have to see whose on the schedule for Sat.

Since I'm teaching, the days fly and I don't think about it so much so maybe that's the key ;)

PS. Is anyone sick of sex? Ha we had to do it last night for retrieval purposes. I'm so sore from the stupid sonos and fat from the meds. So not fun...

We didn't have sex before the retrieval.... We actually haven't since I started stims lol. I just felt icky and now I'm nervous!

Thats good news! 3 is good and hopefully you will get a 4th. What are your follicle sizes? What range do they like them for IVF? I agree with you that the days fly by when you are teaching. I'm so busy at work I don't have time to obsess over this.

Hmm if you have your ET on Saturday I may be there. I'm not a patient of RSofNY but my RE is doing my ER and ET there bc I am not in line with his group he is doing next month. I am happy to go to RSofNYs lab since my last IVF didn't work at my REs lab. I think changing things up is always good. Being on higher meds has helped me get more follicles too. My follicles range in size from 10-18. I'm really hoping for a weekend ER so I don't have to take off of work.

Oh and as for the BDing part. Its become crazy that we have to plan when we are going to BD around all these procedures. I told DH we had to this weekend (which was fine bc its the weekend and I wasn't shot) and then 2-4 days before ER. So I put him on notice that Wednesday is most likely a BD day....sad it has come to this. IF has really taken all the fun out of everything! I'm always worrying about what if we don't BD the right time before IVF and that messes stuff up. UHHHH

Love the hottie ;) they said to abstain from sex for two days before retrieval but not more then 7 days. Sunday puts me at 4 days. ;)

They said they like follies to range from 18-26. I have a 26.5, 19 and 17 and few small ones that hopefully grow between now and Wed. I'm on higher meds but not too high bc I only have one ovary and he doesn't want to overstimulate it.

They have an amazing lab over there so you're in good hands. ;)
