where to go a couple nights with petting zoo nearby?
We've been to Hershey farm in PA & they have some animals on the property so something like that would be good. We always go to PA so we'd like to go somewhere else for a change.
Pretty much anywhere within a 4 hour drive.
DD is 2 & easy to please so it doesn't have to be a kid place but we thought it would be nice if there were some animals around & a nice little town to walk through.

How about mystic? They have the aquarium there. And she would probably have a blast looking at all the boats and water relatd things.

We loved Woodloch Pines. In the Poconos. I know you said is didn't ned o be kid focused, but we really felt thy hd a lot to offer for both kids and adults.

Woodloch pines looks great! I really need to book something soon.
Everyone else on here is buying christmas outfits already & I haven't even decided where we're going on vacation in a week & a half
