First birthday party..
We are having my sons first birthday party this weekend, just wanted opinions on whether or not to have alcohol? Having family and friends over to the house. My husband thinks its unnecessary, but I'm on the fence.

First birthday party..
i did. just beer/wine. adults want to have a drink i think esp. at the house hanging in the yard. dont go crazy.

It's not necessary... but I REALLY like it when it's provided! (It helps me tolerate some family members and the stupid stuff they say & do).
We provide it for every event!

With any gatherings at my home it's a must. Yes, we always provide alcohol... beer and wine and sometimes sangria.
Depends on you and your guests. If you get together a lot with friends and family and there's usually no alcohol then you don't need it.
House parties usually last for hours after cake and sometimes we bring back the food again. LOL!

Just had dd's first birthday last weekend. We had beer, wine, and a little liquor. I didn't really think much of it, just knew I had to get it.
