34 weeks and ready to lose it

i have sciatic pain so bad i can barely walk. what can i do to help myself??

i tried stretching. ive tried walking. ive tried sitting (not easy when you have a 3 year old to chase after) ive tried standing. ive taken tylenol. nothing is providing me relief. i cant even roll over in bed at night w/o pain shooting up my back. it has been 4 long days of this near constant pain.

to add more discomfort ~ today im cramping. i feel like it has to be a joke that im having BH right now.

can someone please help me? or come to my house and shoot me?? i cant do this one more minute.

I've heard bouncing on a yoga ball can help. Also maybe try a heating pad?

I'm 33w and the past few days my sciatica has been bad too! Sleeping is terrible. I was sitting at my computer for about an hour an got up my whole leg was dead. UGH

I've been stretching every morning but not sure it's helping either. Someone here mentioned they had to ice their butt per their doc's request.
