Birthday Time Preferences
Would you prefer a Friday Night party (620) or a Saturday Afternoon Party?
Just trying to get an idea on what most people want...I prefer the Friday, so we have the weekend free, but wasn't sure if I was not the norm.
***This is for a 5 yr old's party.
ETA:
Does anyone prefer Sundays?

Birthday Time Preferences
I personally don't care if its Sat or Sun but I def prefer an afternoon for a kids party. My dd's witching hour is in the late afternoon- evening and the last place I want to be is at a party.

I think it depends on the age. At 5 my boys after a long day of school or any after school activities would be exhausted.
I like afternoon lunch time when they have lots of energy.
I feel like a 6:20 bday time is for when they're older. Maybe a sleepover or a family get together.

For a Friday, the party would have to start after 6:30 and depending on the age, that can be kinda late.

Eh Friday's are kind of me time.
I sometimes hit Happy Hour or have a date night with DH
Saturday for sure.

I'm not usually home from work at 6:20 on a Friday so that wouldn't work for us. Saturday afternoon is much better.

I like the idea of leaving the weekend free!
Our weekends are booked SOLID through November with weddings and planned activities with friends!
Fridays are available & 6:30 is a great time. (esp if you have food).
