Really bummed re: DS's coming home outfit
I saw 2 beautiful outfits to choose from to bring my DS home in. I went to buy one of them last night, and they're both sold out in NB size. Now I can't find anything else I like, or can even live with, in a NB size. I've tried all the online shops, including Bloomies and Saks. Can you recommend a regular store that has great stuff? I want him dressed, not just in a sleep 'n play. What I was going to get was a 1-piece cable-knit sweater outfit, if that helps.

Really bummed re: DS's coming home outfit
try babies r us's Fao Schwarz's line. Around this time they always have one piece knit sweaters that are cute. If you look at me album entitled Joey (I believe) you will see my ds' s coming home outfit that looked like a suit. I finally found that outfit after going to 12 specialty stores.

Did you try BabyGap and the outlet? They usually have those cable knit outfits.
Also J.Crew baby just launched they would probably have something like that too.

Have you looked at Ralph Lauren? They have knit one piece outfits in cotton or cashmere. They start at 3 months but their baby clothes run small.

Rightfully so! That's A LOT of money for an outfit that's going to be worn for a few hours and will likely get peed, pooped, and/or spit up on!

Rightfully so! That's A LOT of money for an outfit that's going to be worn for a few hours and will likely get peed, pooped, and/or spit up on!
