prenatal yoga
anyone know of anywhere around islip/hauppauge/commack ?? I'd love to go but I know if it's not close to home I'll never make it there

Not sure where you live, but there are places close to the Islip area- Embrace Yoga in East Islip that does prenatal yoga on Tuesday evenings, Om Shanti Om in Sayville that does Saturday late morning, and Barefoot Yoga in Bay Shore that does Sunday late morning.

I'm closer to the expressway .. I really want to stay in shape but I can't find anything really close by and I know how I am. My gym now is 3 minutes away
