Ladies that have / had anterior placenta

When do you worry if you have not felt movement? I'm almost 27 weeks, been feeling the baby daily but not strong. I haven't really felt much since at least yesterday - but I don't know at what point i should be worried or call doc because of the anterior placenta? Grrr so annoying, i miss feeling the baby kick and move Chat Icon

Re: Ladies that have / had anterior placenta

I have been having the same problem the past few day myself. I am 29 weeks and I always felt the baby kicking way down low. She must have flipped because I barely feel her anymore and its scary. I feel little twitches here and there and the occasional bump but nothing like when she was feet down. I read that as long as you feel something than you are ok. You could always call your OB if you are worried. I am sure evrything is fine. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Anterior Placentas stink!!

crashing... I had an anterior placenta with DS... I didn't feel any movement until 25 weeks and even after that I would only really feel him in the evening. I wouldn't worry but if you have concerns you can call your OB

Same for me.
I rarely ever felt her to be honest.

I had this issue during my pregnancy as well. Not feeling the baby move a lot is scary, but it's pretty normal for those with an anterior placenta Chat Icon

Sorry to hijack, but I have a related question for the BTDT moms:

Did you feel your little one even less as you got closer to the due date? I just a few days away and I feel like there is even less movement than before.
