Stopping bf-ing
I know this may sound strange but how do I stop? Do I slowly decrease my pumping & nursing sessions or just stop altogether? What do I do when I feel engorged?
I would like to continue but dd is not getting enough milk anymore - she gets frustrated and bites (ouch!) bc nothing comes out and she's still hungry. I pump for 20+ mins and barely get 4oz....dd takes 8oz bottles so I know that's why she's biting and crying so its time to stop

Can you give both BM & formula..a lil is better then none. When I stop I just pump less & less let it dry up. I think there is a pill that will dry it up..not sure.

Stopping bf-ing
When I stopped I just gradually cut the middle feedings and replaced with formula, only nursing at night and morning. And then after a few days they got shorter and eventually done. For a few days I had to express by hand to get some relief but eventually dried up.
