Dollar tree Tests
Does anyone have any experience?
I took one this morning and it was a very clear negative.
for some reason- I feel it's wrong and that I am, in fact, pregnant.
The only reason I have for thinking that is because my boobs seem pregnant to me.
They just look different to me.
I know the easiest thing to do is to just go buy a FRER, but DH and I are broke and I would hate to spend 15 bucks when I was already told it was negative, KWIM?
Anyway- if you've ever gotten a false reading on one of them- please share!

I wouldn't go reading into "preggo" symptoms you feel in the 2ww - your body does crazy things, ask any girl on the TTC board and they'll tell you just about every month they are convinced they are preggo b/c of their symptoms but then nope, not pregnant

Re: Dollar tree Tests
Most of the time PMS symptoms are very very close to pregnancy symptoms. I think the tests are accurate. But how many days past ovulation are you? When is your AF due?

Dollar tree Tests
Unfortunately I have very irregular cycles, so I don't know When I ovulated or when AF is due. If I was a normal person, she would be due friday.
We were not TTC, so technically I am not in the TWW.
Also- i've been pregnant 3 times before, so I do have SOME idea what to expect.

Re: Dollar tree Tests
DT tests we always accurate for me. I would always hope they were wrong, but once I got my BFP it was clear as day. Even times when I was absolutely convinced and bought a FRER, it was still negative.

Well I do have to say that I was pregnant once as well- and I have had so many months where I swore I was pregnant... had all these symptoms I had the first time- right down to the heightened sense of smell. And then nothing. Our bodies definitely have a way of playing tricks on us. I'd say wait a few more days, test with first morning urine on another cheapie test. It should be very accurate

Re: Dollar tree Tests
I would think they're accurate, but probably not as sensitive so you may need to wait a few days then retest

Re: Dollar tree Tests
Love them but not sensitive period must bee really late. If first day late or maybe day before, the line will be so faint you d think you were negative or seeing things.

Re: Dollar tree Tests
My cousin used them and she was pregnant. Wait a week and test or get a different one. I wouldn't go by symptoms. Every month prior to being pregnant I swore I was and the month I was I swore my period was coming.

Re: Dollar tree Tests
I also wanted to let you know that my girlfriend and I were in Target at lunch yesterday and she picked up a 2 pack of the First Response Tests for 8.99 with a save $1 now coupon on it. So $7.99 for two tests.... In case you wanted to try a first response - not too pricey!
