prenatal Yoga- Nassau County
Does anyone know of a Yoga studio in Nassau County- Pref around the Oceanside, Rockville Center Location where the classes are not that late.
I have looked up a few and classes are not until 7:30 PM or so, at this stage in the game i am a sleepy head and its late for me
Does anyone know of anywhere else-
I know South Nassau Use to hold classes but i do not see it offerd anymore.

Check out Breathe N Flow Yoga. They have a bunch of different time options, and the studio is fantastic. They also have mommy and me :)
