is that considered an outlet or a regular store?

Technically it is a regular Carter's store but since a certain percentage of their stuff is always at a discount they qualify to be in the outlets. This is word for word what the lady working there told me.
She also said they are opening one in the village of Huntington. Same pricing.

It's considered an outlet but I was there recently and it really seemed more like a regular store. They had all current items discounted, but not really for any less than stores like kohls or jcpenneys have the same things without having to drive all the way to deer park.

I always do all my carters returns in Deer Park. They take everything back even if I am positive that it was probably purchased elsewhere.
