Refocussing
Since the last miscarriage, DH and I have decided to wait on TTC for a few weeks until we see Dr Brenner in the beginning of October. So I have decided to refocus and get back on track with my weight loss (that needs to happen regardless) and got back to my Weight Watchers meetings. Second weigh-in was tonight and I lost 3.4 pounds last week YAY!

You know, I've never done Zumba... I've always wanted to try it. I always just workout solo in the morning - typically elliptical or treadmill with my kindle - watching Doctor Who... total nerd here!
