Bad hip pain...Help?
Anyone else suffer from really bad pain in your hips, inner thighs and lady parts. It feels like I have been horseback riding for months. It is way worse when I sit at work all day and then stand. Turning over in the middle of the night is a b*tch too. I asked the doctor and he kinda looked at me like I was nuts when I told him about the pain in my hip and lady parts. He checked me and of course everything was fine but I am so scared that this is gonna get worse since I am 28 weeks and still have so far to go. Its pretty miserable. Advice??

It's par for the course, and it may get worse or may stay basically the same. If you aren't already, try sleeping with a pillow between your knees, which should help. Also, drink a lot of water at work so you're forced to get up for walks regularly. I also found exercising helped. I was at the gym (very low impact) until 2 weeks before I had my DS and I think it helped all those aches.
It will all go away when you have your baby. In the meantime, feel better!

Thanks so much. I do sleep with the pillow and i also find that moving helps much more than sitting still. I hope it doesn't get worse though!

I had the same thing and the only thing that helped me was seeing my chiropractor. I swear by this. She specializes in seeing pregnant women. She did gentle adjustments, stretching and these great massages on my lower back and hips. She also showed me exercises and gave me great tips on how to sit, stand and position pillows in my bed for sleeping better. If you need any more info, let me know. Hope you feel better.
