Btdt moms: if you were induced with #1 did you have to be induced with #2?
I'm a week away from my due date and becoming anxious that this baby isn't going to come on its own. I had a successful induction at 41 weeks with dd but was hoping to avoid one with this baby. I must have a uterus fit for a king (or queen) because these babies just don't want to leave!!

Yes, but I chose to be induced one day after my due date with #2...he may have come on his own if I had waited, I was just anxious and my body was totally ready. the induction was awesome and fast...
Baby #3 though actually came a week early!! I couldn't believe I went into labor on my own, I never expected it after two inductions. So you just never know!! good luck!

Nope! Even though I was induced 5 days after my due date with my DS #1, my DD came right on her due date! She was fast a furious because I was only in labor for 3 hours start to finish!

I can't be because I had a C-section with #1. Hence why they're encouraging me to schedule a C-section at 39 weeks so i don't go into labor on my own (that's assuming this one is as big as Ds#1 was at/around time of birth) otherwise i'd love to go for a VBAC! But in order to do that I have to go into labor on my own starting with contractions before water breaking.

I was induced with both of children due to gestational diabetes.

DD2 came on her own 4 days after my due date, but on what I thought was my due date based on my calculations. I was in early labor for about 17 hours (not in any pain) and actual labor was under 3 hours.

Thanks girls! At my appointment last week my dr said he would induce me at 39 weeks bc I had such a successful induction with my first but I'm very hesitant. My cervix is still so high and when he checked me he couldn't really get to it to see if I have any progress. If I knew if I was dilated at all I would prob go for it bc I'm so uncomfortable! I'm hoping for some change at my 39 week appointment on wed!
