SESAME PLACE - IN A DAY
There is a Sesame PLace Groupon going on now. Its $82 for two tickets. Thinking of taking DD in mid-September for the day. She is about 22 months old. Just wondering what others experience has been with going just for the day in September.

Re: SESAME PLACE - IN A DAY
You can definitely do sesame in a day and feel like you have enough time to do everything....we do it all the time. The only thing with September is that I'm not sure when they shut down all of the water rides. If there are no water rides, you might be able to grab and extra show or two....

Re: SESAME PLACE - IN A DAY
We just did it in one day on friday. Its definitely doable. We got there at 11:30 and stayed until 5:30, had dinner and we were in the door by 9:15.

Re: SESAME PLACE - IN A DAY
We went in late August. You can def do it a few hours, never mind a day! At 22 months, you don't have many water rides your kid can go on (more like a splash pool), so take advantage!

This. You definitely don't need a whole day there, esp at that age. We took 2.5yo DS back in June and bought "twilight tickets", good for after 3pm. We stayed until closing at 8pm and it was more than enough time. We spent most of the time in the splash pool and still got to see the parade and make it around the whole park.

I am one of those people that don't understand how you can stay there for more than a day. The place is definitely not that big. We did everything 2-3x times over from 11am-7pm.

This! Especially if you don't go to see a show and don't go on the rides. There's really not a lot of rides either. We went with friends. Got there at 10AM and left around 4PM. We also don't live that far either. About 45 mins to get there. If we didn't stay for the parade we would've went home earlier. It's cute, but a day trip kind of place.

I thought the park was actually pretty small. I finished it in a few hours and my dd did repeat rides. I also don't get why people stay overnight (unless you live far away). I didn't even think it was worth it.
