pins and needles?
Anyone else get this? For the past 5 nights I have woken up numerous times during the night with sharp pins and needles in my right hand. It is always the same hand.. Is there something I should be doing to help prevent this.. Certain sleeping positions to avoid maybe eating more of something like bananas?
Im just about 7 weeks prego.

Re: pins and needles?
Sounds like the early stages of carpal tunnel. Get the braces now!
I started with the pins and needles at about 16 weeks. The pain was tolerable at night for a while but now it's non-stop/constant. I can honestly say that for the last 9 weeks, I sleep 45 mins at a clip. It wakes me up and then I am up for about an hour and a half to two hours trying to stop the pain. The braces did nothing for me, but I've read that they help many women with pregnancy induced carpal tunnel.

Re: pins and needles?
My arms and hands are always getting pins and needles when I sleep. Whatever side I am sleeping on it happens. Not sure what can be done. I feel your pain!
