Flu Shot
Is there a certain type of flu shot that is recommended for pregnant women? Preservative free maybe? I will ask at my next appointment but I thought I would ask now.

It's perfectly fine to get the kind with preservative, you just don't want to get the live virus one, which I believe they only do in nasal form.

Its just the regular flu shot. My OB gave it to me both times I was pregnant. Perfectly safe.
