BF Moms
My DD is still in NICU, but should be coming home Friday. Now that I'm home from the hospital I am following the same feeding schedule that DD has in the hospital(at hospital I put her to breast, gave her 30cc of pumped milk, then pumped left over milk) every three hours.
Now I'm home I just feel like all I do is pump. Those 3 hours flies by. Anyone else feels or felt overwhelmed just from pumping?

Try sitting down and enjoying some TV or a movie while you pump? I do that and I find it less tedious that way.

Yes! Only my dd's first month I was nursing every 2 hours and pumping in between to get a bottle for dh to give to dd for a night feeding. ALL I did was nurse and pump!!!!

Yup! All three of my boys were NICU babies and I pumped for all of them till I was able to put them to breast. It was ALOT of work and I cried often becAuse it was just to much. Ultimately I knew this is what I wanted for my baby and it was that important to me thT I just stuck with it.
Just remember it is only temporary
Like others said try and relax.
Also once you develope a spray you only need to pump and extra 5 mins past the Spray has stopped and also try and pump both sides at once.
