AF is 5 days late...
I took a test maybe 3-4 days ago, and negative, as well as 2 days before AF was due. Still no period, I've been feeling like I'm getting it for last week, but nothing. It's now 5 days late. It should have been on time as I've been fairly regular (one or two days off max) and doctor increased my Metformin to 2000mg a day for the past 2 months..
At what point do people normally reach out to doctor to get period going w/ provera (I think that's the right name for medicine, I forget)?
DH thinks I should test again but I doubt I am since I tested around the time I was suppose to get it...

AF is 5 days late...
OK, test now... When I got my last BFP I didn't get it until 3 days AFTER AF was due because implantation occurred later than usual.

On a flight now headed for work for 3 days away from home --- going to wait until I get back home. Hoping by then I either get AF or something happens! hah

AF is 5 days late...
they will check your progesterone to see if you ovulated or not. If you did then you will have to wait for AF and if you didnt then they will prescribe provera

I would definitely test again! It might be a BFP at this point!
As far as provera goes, it depends. When I was TTC #1 I had a very long cycle and my OB and I both thought I was not ovulating on my own. I called around cd40 (BFN, no AF) and set up an appt for cd75 to get provera. I kept testing with cheapies every 3-4 days just in case. I got a BFP on cd53  and I got to keep my OB appt that was initially for provera as my first pregnancy appt

Now 7 days late, still no AF, but have been having mucusey (sp?) discharge for past two days, more so then when I normally ovulate.
Going to test tomorrow, but deep down I know it's probably just my body not acting how it's suppose to!

Not yet, I've been away from home for work, finally going home tonight, but keeping my hopes realllly low. Although the 7 day delay is a bit off and the mucus that jstu started is new as well!

I was late while on a cruise and found a store while docked in Bermuda to test, I don't know how you've held out so long! Impressive willpower!
