I rent one. I got it through a consultant. I rent it for $40.00 a month.

i think certain pharamacies also rent them (not the commercial chains though to my understanding!)

I rent one from a pharmacy. I was given this # in the hospital (it's a Medela hotline for local places to rent a pump): 1800-tell you
