You can google the site "NursingPillow.com " It's legit, these pillows got an "A" rating from "Mothers Maternity"

You do have to pay shipping $9 and $3 tax, but i still thought this was a great deal because Amazon sells the same pillows for $54

This place is just like the websites that offer the free car seat covers, nursing covers & slings. I haven't ordered a nursing pillow, but did order a sling a few years ago. Like this site, I just paid shipping.
