If you take Bonine when you cruise....
Did you take it at night? How often did you take it?
I "tested" it out this week just to make sure I didn't have an adverse reactions to it. It knocked me out, I was sooo tired, and woke up sooo groggy. BUT, I took it around noon. I bought the kind that said non drowsy, or maybe it said less drowsy so I wasn't expecting that.
So I'm thinking I should just take it before bed. But I'm concerned it won't last the following day? What has been your experience?

when we went, it was rough waters. So we took it in the morning and in the evening. it made us tired and didn't really work - but like I said, it was rough waters. We had bad timing. If it isn't rough water see how long it says it will last. If it is 24 hour, then try to take it before bed since it might cause drowsiness. I know it hit me hard with the drowsiness. But if you are prone to seasickness, take it before you get on the boat the first day.

I've never cruised, so I have no idea if I'm prone to sea sickness or not. Hoping for not! lol
