Habitual waking

DD is 9 1/2 months and goes to bed @ 830-9pm but wakes up every single morning @ 3 am like clockwork. I think its great that she sleeps 6 hours straight but 3 am! Tooo early. She has a good night time routine (story time, bath, bottle, sleeps). I've tried pushing her bedtime to 930 ( I thought maybe her bedtime was too early). I tired letting her CIO one night but she pulls herself up and stands in her crib and ends up hitting her head on the crib ( so I don't want to try that again). I tried a bottle at 330 and that doesn't help her go back to sleep either. I end up bringing her in my room just so she (an I) can sleep until 6 or 7. She was teething and her teeth finally broke through but this has been going on for two 1/2 weeks now and I'm exhausted. Anyone's LO go through something similar and have any helpful suggestions.? TIA

Maybe try putting her to sleep a little earlier?

DD is 16 months and is FINALLY sttn consistently. I did a lot of reading lately bc things went downhill and she was waking at 4am and not going back to sleep sometimes. We did end up doing CIO and she has been sleeping through until at least 7:30 every night since. The one thing I read that I've never seen posted here is to put them down in the exact environment they'll wake up in later. So white noise is great and a lovey is fine but that's it. Avoid music, pacis, YOU, projectors, anything that won't be there when they wake in the motn. This way there's no surprise and they can just roll over and go back to sleep. If that doesn't work, what I read said a little milk or going into your bed might be the only way to get them back down if they wake around 4am (or in your case 3am) since they've already slept a good stretch. CIO isn't very likely to work that close to morning.
