since it was free... yes it was worth going.
it isn't a childbirth class like... lamaze etc. it's very much just an overview but they take you on a tour which is helpfulespecially to your hubs probably.

This class I'm talking about is $150 at the office... It says it goes over what to expect before, during and after labor etc...
I'm doing the tour at the hospital as well and I know thats free.

Another option for you is Childbearing Family Alliance (CFA, Inc.) In Smithtown. They do complete childbirth education classes, including Lamaze. You can choose an all day Sunday, or 4 consecutive Tuesday nights.

CFA also does a reunion with all the babies. Many of the moms then join the new mom's group, and other classes!
