Flying with a 21 month old (& 28 weeks preggers)

So am i nuts for booking a last minute flight to FL with my 21 month old DS and being 28 weeks pregnant?!

Any advice on how to keep my 21 month old entertained and seated on my lap! I bought coloring books, crayons, magna doodle, sticker book, fruit snacks, and animal crackers. I plan on bringing my iPad which has games for him and some movies. Anything else you can think of?

I am really nervous about take off and landing... DS is a mover and scared he wont sit on my lap!!!! Not to mention his ears popping!

I would say crazy if you are not getting a seat for DS.

I flew alone with DS when he was 15M and I said never again without getting him a seat.

Epecially about trying to have an active 21 month old sit on your lap for 3 hours.. while your 28 weeks pregnant!

I would say crazy as well - the seats are so close together nowadays it will be really cramped and uncomfortable. Can you buy DS a seat as well?

I'd get a seat -
almost 2 years old is not comfortable, or easy to expect him to sit on your lap the entire flight -

If you got him a seat I don't think it's a big deal to go w/ him alone while you're PG
