First Nap of the Day (3-4 month old)
How long after your baby wakes up do you put them back down for a nap?

DS wakes up at 7am and is usually ready to nap by 9am. It is usually just a cat nap and then he takes a longer nap from 1130-2 most days.

2 hours at that age, sometimes a little sooner.
Even at 9 months, he still goes down about 2 hrs after waking up for the morning nap.
