BTDT BFing moms
DD (12 months) FINALLY started sleeping through the night, at least giving up her nighttime feedings. I should have done CIO a long time ago but whatever, as long as the nighttime feedings stopped by 1 year I was fine with it. Well it's been a full week and my chest STILL hasn't adjusted. it's painful and keeps me from sleeping. how long does it usually take to readjust? I'm still nursing a lot throughout the day so I'm not sure if that is a factor.

I e pumped for my twins and it took about a week to adjust every time I dropped a pump. If you are very uncomfortable you could always hand express to get the edge off.
Hoping you get the first good nights sleep soon! It is great!

My kids started sttn 2 weeks ago and I only started to feel ok this morning. I thought it wouldnt take this long.
