Holy cow, you guys are taking this thread WAY to seriously. I was kidding, making a joke that she went out bc all new mothers want 5 minutes of me time after being cooped up. Thats why the winking guy was there. Jesus no one is playing devils advocate. Talk about trying to make an issue where there wasnt one.
I knew you meant it as a joke b/c going shopping alone is a dream once you have kids.
Exactly. Thats what I meant. When my kids were newborns, sh!t I hated to do, like food shopping, or say a root canal, I would jump up and down and be all "OH I'LL GO" in a heartbeat, just to feel normal again for 5 minutes.
