did u bring your DH....
to register or go furniture shopping. my DH doesn't seem interested...keeps telling me to get whatever I want. As much as that would be so much easier I feel like his input is kind of important.

DH hates it at least during my previous pregnancies. This pregnancy I haven't had the urge to go out as much so when we do its pretty much in and out since I know exactly what we are picking up. Friday we have to get the carseat/stroller and really haven't made up my mind which one to get so I have to figure it out before Friday. If not I will be a miserable shopping trip.

Yes. We brought our moms too. He had his opinions on things. And I had a breakdown in the BRU furniture section because there was nothing I liked, so it was good to have him there!

yes, we were in agreement we wanted to register together. he had opinions in things and his input was important to me so I was glad to have him there.

DH went. He kind of let me do my own thing but did give his opinion on things. After we went to the store we came home and went over it online and changed some things.

My DH wasn't interested. I took my mom and did other stuff online. I prefer it that way since I was the one reading all the books and doing all the product research. (He didn't register for our wedding stuff either, I had free range and it was SO much easier!)
He was super excited about the pregnancy and baby, but just didn't have preferences when it came to the baby goods and trusted me in making the decisions.

My dh had no interest but once I put the scan gun in his hand he was like a kid in a candy store. He scanned everything to hear it beep I had to go home and edit it.

We didn't get any furniture other than the crib, and DH picked it out on his own. I guess we are unusual... I was the one who wasn't that interested lol, he looked through them online & picked one with good reviews.

No. I brought my mom and my sister. Honestly this was our first and I don't think DH would be much help. Before I registered I dd show him what I liked, but I thought the help of my mom and sister was more beneficial.

He was all about it lol something about having that gun makes him feel like if he scans it, then it's OURS and we are automatically going to get it. It was like - wow, this shit's free!! LOL that was what he loved so much. I kept saying, it doesn't mean we are getting it!

Nope! We did research at home and he told me things that he was really interested in. I went and did it on a Saturday first thing in the morning. It was a much nicer experience for me that way...registering for our wedding was a complete nightmare and I didn't want to relive that!

Nope. I went with my mom and dad since they were paying. My DH knows that he really wouldn't have a say in the furniture I pick so he just stayed home.

Yes, for the first main trip. He was pretty good but hit his limit at some point. After that initial trip, I did the rest by myself online and also in-store.

I took him to register- BIG mistake  He went crazy with the scanner gun and was scanning things like video games, letters for the wall that spelled out curse words, 8 different swings, etc.
I deleted the whole thing when we got home and went back by myself.
My parents bought DD1's furniture so I went with my mom for that. I picked out DD2's furniture and went to order it myself on Black Friday (it was part of the early bird sales).
