Intro and a question
Regular poster in hiding here! Soo happy to be back- I have 2 DC, this will be #3 for us. I just got a BFP last night, so I'm not able to call my doctor until Monday. Quick question- has anyone spoken to their doctor about doing zumba while pregnant? I started a few months ago, and have been going about once a week. I am loving it and would love to keep it up, but only if it's safe. I will definitely speak to my doc about it, but was just curious what others have heard. TIA!

Zumba is fine especially if you were doing it prior to pregnancy. Try not to over work yourself though.

My doctor told me that I could keep up with what I was already doing but also listen to my body.

I was able to do Zumba until 20 weeks (I had a complication and had to stop after that).
