daycare- specifically tutor time moms
My dd is starting daycare soon at tutor time and my son has been there for almost 2 years and love it but he started when he was 2 so things are a little different for my dd.
On the sheet that says what to bring for infants it says a crib sheet for each day. Do I have to send in 5 crib sheets? Or can I just send in 2 or 3 and wash as we go? And will I be the one changing the sheets on that crib each day or will the teachers do that? I need to go shopping asap so im just trying to figure out what i need to buy. I know I can just call them and ask but I figure I don't want to annoy them with stupid questions haha TIA!

i would def ask about the crib sheet - usually you bring in one for the week and a blanket and take it home at the end of the week to wash. I'd be really surprised if you needed a new one every day! And the teachers always put the sheets on the crib for me.

I would always bring in extra in case they got soiled.

Re: daycare- specifically tutor time moms
When we considered TT they told us we had to bring in 5 sheets every monday, one for everyday of the week. We thought it was an absolutely ridiculous request. I certainly don't change DS's crib sheet every day!
Where we are now, we just bring one for the week. In 3 months he only soiled it once and they have back-up there for those situations and do not require we keep an extra one there.

It's true. You drop off five sheets and everyday they give you back the sheet used that day. I bought some inexpensive sheets and would drop them off weekly. I knew I didn't want to forget to bring in sheets mid week.

I don't see why that's so ridiculous. Babies spit up, drool, have blow out diapers etc. - When they were in the infant rooms, I brought 3 sheets on Weds (they are only there Weds - Fri) and washed those 3 at the end of the week to bring back the next week.
They scrub down EVERY inch of the rooms at the end of the day including all furniture (at least my tutor time does) - I personally appreciated the fact that they were immaculate, and gladly handed over a new sheet every day
I was the really early drop off 6:30/6:45 so usually the first one there and rushing out to catch a train, if for some reason I didn't have time to throw the sheet on the crib, they did it for me ........

That's crazy!!!! I don't have my DD at TT but her daycare has us bring her sheet and blankets home every Friday. We were told to leave 2 sheets in her bin as a back up.
I don't change her sheets everyday at home. Once a week is all I do.
She's been there for almost a year and has had one accident when she was asleep.
Clothes are a different story. She has about 5-8 different outfits in case shit happens

Yeah, we leave lots of extra clothes, that I get! Yesterday he came home with 2 spit up on outfits!
He never soils sheets at home where I have to change them... I don't really see why he needs a new one after a day unless it gets pooped, pee or spit up on!

They definitely change the sheet every day. You can always just do 3 and bring the dirty one home each day and replenish again on Thursday.

Wow. My place asks for 2. 1 to put on the mattress and one for back-up. They put in on since they clean the cribs daily. They give it back to us on Fri. She has yet to dirty it. I also only included outfits to keep there that I don't really care for. She has yet to have an outfit change. She has 3 back up bibs in her drawer though and I always send her with a bib on, mine's a drooler.

I work at a TT You can have 1 sheet but it needs to be brought home daily and washed. In my center the parent is responsible for putting on and removing the sheet everyday. Make sure to label your bottles also

They always change the sheet. They ask for 2-3 sheets in case it needs to be changed. Anything that gets soiled is sent home daily, cirb sheet is sent home each Friday.
