Bowling?
Hi all! Hope you are all feeling well! Question -- I am going to be 12wks tomorrow and am going to a birthday party at a bowling alley.
Do you think its safe to bowl, or should I just go and not bowl?

I personally wouldn't bowl but obv. def go if you're feeling up to it.
If you do end up bowling I'd use the lightest ball possible.
From almost day 1, everytime I contracted my abs I was scared and at times it even hurt (and not a good hurt).

IMO I would not. I have been told to avoid vaccuming while PG, so bowling I would pass on.
