I'm curious with this as well and I posted a similar question a few weeks ago. Not sure it got much of a response.
I have heard people say though that they would consider buying if it was priced right given the circumstances, or raised and with upgrades if on the water----especially if they enjoy the water and this was out of their budget prior to Sandy.
