How many ounces does a baby need at each stage?

I keep seeing posts referencing amount of formula or milk and im curious if there is some master list to refer to.

I think it varies by baby and by dr. I don't recall how much dd took in the beginning but I do know it was less than others (she was taking 20oz while others were taking 30). Dd has always gained enough at all dr appts so they were happy with how she was eating and let it be
As long as dc is getting enough dirty diapers and is gaining weight I wouldn't stress over amounts

Edit to add if you are concerned that dc isn't eating enough you can call your ped and make an appt for a weight check

It varies by baby and I would just go by what your baby wants and the signs they are giving you. I never compared my ds to another kid.

If he was drinking and gaining then it was enough.

I think the approximate is dc's weight X 2.5oz= the number of oz per day

Even with my own two kids, they had very different appetites. You just need to gauge your baby and their needs at each age and stage.
