Larios is good right on ocean drive.
Prime 112 is great and very expensive but you need reservations at least a month in advance. (steak)
News cafe is good for lunch.

South Beach/Miami restaurant suggestions
I dislike most of the restaurants on ocean drive, they have the prime spot and charge $$$ for less than mediocre food.
I really liked Yardbird when I was there. Food was really good and it's not too far.
Eta it's Southern food
