getting dermabond off
I went for my pp visit. I still have dermabond on my scar in some places. The Dr said I can use nail polish remover to get the rest off. Did anyone else use that? For some reason I'm nervous to use that. I guess I'm afraid its going to hurt but I know its all closed up. To be honest I don't think I even touched the incision. It grosses me out so much and to think I'm a nurse. I take care of other people wounds but on myself I'm such a baby.
What did everyone use to get the rest off?

I actually used to work on the advertising for dermabond.
Vaseline or petroleum jelly removes it, or if you are in a pinch, you can try Chapstick.

Btw, how does your scar look? We were trying to promote it for c-section use, bc it has much better cosmesis.

It looks really good. Just a thin little line. Im sure it will become whiter with time and be barely noticeable.
