i saw my HR doc at about 8 or 9 weeks which would have been any other normal time frame for a first visit. They actually did not start my thinners until about 13 weeks so no worries. I was worried as well, thought I had to go right away but it does not make a difference.

My Hemotologist told me I shoudl come in as soon as I find out I am PG. And I would start drugs right away.

Every case is different. Some people need to be seen early. The placenta is developing during the 1st tri and thrombo issues have a huge impact on the health of it. To the OP, I'd see what your ob says or just call a high risk now and make an appt, nothing to lose.
