Ridiculous migraine today
I actually stayed home from work because of it. Went to see my brother who is a chiropractor hoping an adjustment would help and I clipped a car pulling into a spot! thank god the other car was ok. Mine could be worse i guess. Never drive with a migraine!! Anyone have any suggestions how to get rid of this???

Most docs say Tylenol is OK to take during pregnancy - did you want to do that? Maybe call the office and ask them what they can suggest?
I know that most drug stores sell those topical heat packs. You open it up and put it on our forehead and it provides warmth which can help ease a bad headache.

I get terrible tension headaches when the weather is like this. Not always a migraine but I have had the, and they suck.
Other than tylenol (which prob won't help much I'm sure), lie down in a dark room with no noise and put a cold compress or ice pack across your forehead.

Me too, but I think mine is more of a tension headache bc it starts in my shoulder blades and goes up the back of my neck to my head. I was up until 3:30am, then I finally took the Tylenol and fell asleep. I woke up with a headache but not as bad. I had some coffee and it seemed to help, but I feel like I'm on the verge of it coming back so I'm trying to take it easy today. It is absolutely the worst!!!

I was going through migraines in the first tri and the first half of my 2nd. I started to try acupuncture which has helped a bit. I just saw on Pinterest yesterday to submerge your feet and hands in hot water and put an ice pack on your neck- it's supposed to help.
