Daisy Spa in Centereach
After seeing good reviews on here I made my first appointment with her for a facial wax. Question, since she's the owner do you tip her or no?
TIA
ETA: I'm going for eyebrow wax-is it ok if I have to bring my child with me there?

DeeDee is the best - I just love her. I also always tip, the same amount I used to give her when she was at Nature's Touch. She may still be in Turkey right now so if you only want to see her you should call and ask if she's back.

Do you know if she's on vacation like the other poster mentioned was a possibility? When I called I got a women with an accent and made an appointment for Friday. Now I just want to make sure it's with her. I'll call tomorrow.

I wonder who people use when she goes away for their eyebrows.

I never heard of this rule until I joined LIF. I always tip on service. It's one thing if they don't accept it but as long as they are providing a service to me, I will tip. And for an eyebrow wax, tip can't be more than $1-2.

Yes her name is April and she actually does my eyebrows now since Deedee is always booked, I think April does a great job with my eyebrows I've been going to her for about a year and a half now

Good to know because my eyebrows are a mess and I need some major reshaping!! I now wonder who I got on the phone today. Does April also have an accent? What do they charge just for eyebrows? I also need my lip and maybe chin ( I get lots of peach fuzz).

I actually tip $5 for an eyebrow wax...also for an owner (same woman I've been going to for 7 years) but she does an amazing job I only go every 8 weeks or so and it's my face so Iwant her to alwaysbe happy lol

DeeDee is on vacation until Sept. You're appointment is with April & she's just as good. I tip them both - they're wonderful & service is fantastic.
Also, Natie comes with me all the time. So you can definitely bring Chloe.
