only MLS
there are not many foreclosures on the market
do NOT pay for any websites that promise to send you listings- it's a scam

FYI- this site and sites like it report Lis pendis filings as "pre-foreclosures" these houses are generally not on the market
and it takes 3 to 5 years to foreclose on someone in the state of NY
Zillow does this also
the only accurate site is MLSLI
