when did your baby go from eating every 3 hours to every 4?

right now dd eats 5 bottles a day about every 3 hours an usually the last bottle of the night is 2 hours after the one before it. i feel like sometimes she can go the 4 hours but then im worried about throwing the whole day off and her not getting enough ounces before bed. and since she does sleep about 12 hours i dont want to mess that up.

so when and how did you go to 4 bottles every 4 hours?

Dd went to every 4 hours around 5 months
I was breast feeding so I never knew how much to give her. Once she started taking bottles (when I went back to work) I increased the amount and she would slowly space out her feedings on her own.

DS also went to 4 hours between bottles around 5 months, but that brought him from 6 bottles down to 5. He sleeps about 10 hours at night so unless he miraculously starts sleeping 12 hours (which I don't think will happen) I don't see him going down to 4 bottles a day anytime soon.
