Restaurant in Vegas for Anniversary
CAn anyone reccomend a great restaurant in las vegas to celebrate an anniversary...and that has amazing food?
No italian, no steakhouse please...we like to eat out of the norm

I haven't been, but the Eiffel Tower Restaurant is supposed to be really good and also Mon Ami Gabi in Paris as well.

check the Wynn restaurants. we ate at the Terrace Point Cafe (casual but excellent) which might not be what you're looking for but they have fine dining too. check the website.
vegan restaurants too!

Picasso in Bellagio is outstanding but rather expensive. We went there for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was definitely a night to remember! It really is a very special place!
I know people always gosh about Mon Ami Gabi, but I find them mediocre at best. The view is romantic, but the badly cooked food- not so much!

Just got back from Vegas, my boyfriend and I went with 14 people so I am giving you the 2 top picks according to the 16 of us 
Jean George’s in the Aria was awesome, everyone was raving & most said it was the best meal they ever had. Also, I know you said no Italian but they have other things (I didn’t order Italian) Luvo in the Venetian Hotel (palazzo tower) was also outstanding
Tao was OK, really nice place and others liked the food but I wasn’t really impressed. Sage and Michael Mina’s were good also.
Would LOVE to have gone to Joël Robuchon, but we were a party of 16 every night and it is pretty pricey, but if it was just my boyfriend and I, I would definitely have gone there.
