I raised my AMH!
Just got the news that my amh went from a .28 in jan to .76 this month. So it is totally possible to improve your numbers. I have endo and completely changed my diet- went gluten free- hoping it will ease the inflammation of the endo and give me a more true number. I really believe endo can hide your real hormone levels. Also, I have been doing acupuncture, which is said to help ovarian response.
So again, not a great number but better than I could have expected!
Also, my karotyping was normal, as was my fiancé so on to the RPL with Dr. Palter! Adios RSoNY!
