I just filled out the survey...not sure if I want to commit to it though. $20 a month is a bit much. Debating on if I want to treat myself or not.

Post pics of your stuff when it comes in. You can set up the schedule for anytime. It doesn't have to be once a month. Once you receive your first "fix" you can schedule your next one for anytime. You could also not schedule a "fix" then go back to your account later and schedule a date.
