So last night DH and I discovered that there was an attempted burglary at our house, someone tried to get in through the back sliding glass door we have, the key hole on the outside was pried/broken with a screwdriver or something... DH discovered this when he went to throw out the garbage last night and the switch to open/lock the door, broke off the handle. I noticed our windows in the house were made by tri state window factory, but when I called them, they said that they did not install a sliding glass door at our house for the previous owners. I don't see any company/brand when I look on the door. Who would be able to fix something like this, since I wouldn't know who to call to replace the handle?
