Im 24 weeks, and not going to order anything till the begining of september (around 28/29 weeks) so dont feel bad!!

This was us too for DS2 and now I really regret it. I would order asap if I were you.
I am 38 weeks and the only pieces that have come in are the crib, toddler rails, conversion kit, and hutch. The nightstand won't be in until mid-late August and the dresser, which is super important bc that is where I would put away onesies, towels, sheets, etc won't be in until mid-SEPTEMBER! It was only supposed to take 6 weeks for the furniture but Munire says they are backordered.
For DS1 we ordered by about 22weeks. His furniture was estimated to take 12 weeks and it was delivered 3 weeks before his arrival (which was only at 36 weeks). I was glad to have everything ready.

I didn't order until about 33/34 weeks... It only took three business days for my furniture to come in. So, it wasn't a big deal. I could have even waited longer but I had gift cards and money that was given to us from our shower so I just wanted to use it for the furniture and get it over with.

I just wanted to put out there that we ordered at 20wks and the furniture didn't come in till I was 34wks. Depending on the furniture you order, where you order it from, etc- it could take a long time. If you wanna have your options open, go as soon as possible so you're not limited. 
ETA: We ordered Stanley Young America from Behrs.
