? waiting for doc to call with beta results - UPDATE #3 below
I went to my OB yesterday AM and they took blood for beta. I called around 4:30 and they told me they sent the samples out at night I would have the results today. Would you call to see if the results are ready? I hate waiting. . .
ETA: I called and they told me that they usually do not get results back this quickly. WHAT!?!?!?! I am waiting for prenancy test results and I have to wait til possibly monday for the results. I think I am going to lose my mind.
I am suppoed to go back in tomorrow for another draw, but I told them to send me a script and I will go to a lab and have the results the same day.
Update #2 - so apparently the receptionist does not know what they do there. The nurse went online to get the results. And it was positive!!! She did not give me any numbers yet because I still have to go back and retest today. This time I am going to a lab and they marked the script STAT! Keep your fingers crossed for me. . . .

CALLLLLL!!! I would have been so annoyed that they send samples at night. That should have been completed yesterday.

That's the most BS thing I have ever heard! I would be switching OB's.

Thats why i go directly to the lab now... Its so much quicker... but a dr should have the results within 24 hrs... thats crazy if they dont

Update #3 - Finally got my results back. First beta (on 7/31) was 51 Beta #2 (on 8/2) was 171!!!!!!
