Thanks to KittyTheTax
for hooking me on to gradient nails! Seriously, I'm now addicted to glitter nail polish. I did my nails Friday night. Tomorrow's Thursday and the glitter on top has prevented chips. I'm using a mixture of wet n wild, NYC, and brucci. Best mani ever!

Awwww!! You're welcome!! I was afraid I would appear on the 'fashion pet peeves thread' like "I hate when 40 year old women have glitter nails"

No way. I'm, well, older than that and I have a lot of gradient nails pics on pinterest. There's one that uses 2 different glitter colors. It looks like it could follow the instructions you posted but use one color for the bottom of the glitter coats & a different color for all of the rest. I may try it when the whites on my pink & whites grow out. I do my own polish after fill-ins sometimes.
